LOSMA, a leading company in the design and construction of filtration systems for air and liquids for the mechanics industry and machine tools, will be present at EMO Hanover, which will take place at Hanover Messe from 16th to 21st September 2019. The exhibition area is located at Pavilion7 Stand C10.
The stand will showcase all the latest innovations for the filtration of oil mists and liquid coolants for machine tools. At EMO Hanover LOSMA will present for the first time:
Galileo EXTRA, a filtration system for mists, vapours and fumes that tend to form inside workshops following mechanical processing. It is available in 5 models. Galileo EXTRA technology combines static and dynamic filtration to ensure maximum efficiency. It is fitted with a turbine that aspirates oil mists and polluting particles in the air, which join together and return to a liquid state, due to centrifugal force. Before being released back into the environment, air passes through a multilayer filter capable of retaining even the finest particles. Installation space requirements are minimal and remarkable flexibility within the machine fleet is also guaranteed. Constructive advantages of the range include very low power consumption, due to the use of very low power engines. Galileo EXTRA also ensures rapid and simple maintenance.
Clogging sensor forGalileo EXTRA. The sensor is an accessory which indicates the clogging status on filters, simply and immediately signalling when they need to be changed. The sensor for Galileo EXTRA uses an LED light signalling system, or one via cable directly to the CNC machine to inform the operator when the air filter experiences malfunctions and flow fluctuations due to filter obstruction. It is sold as an optional and is compatible with the entire Galileo EXTRA range. The sensor is applied to Galileo EXTRA and thanks to the Self-learning button, it can set itself to desired values, making installation extremely easy.
Argos Procartridge filtering unit for mists, vapours and fumes fitted with special features, unprecedented in same-category or similar units. Its innovative filter protections enhance performance, reduce consumption and prevent internal dripping. This increases filtration efficiency and the filter lifespan, ensuring greater uniformity of flow at the filter inlet. The structure is larger than the previous version, in fact the innovative design reduces vibrations and noise typical of this type of product and provides exceptional resistance, especially during transport and handling. The new Argos Pro range filters have been designed for the filtration of oil mists (emulsion like neat oil), vapours and fumes emitted by various mechanical processes. The Argos Pro filter unit is fitted with a pressure gauge for the display of clogging in filter elements. Upon request it can also be fitted with a digital display for main functions display and the exclusive «LED Up» system which indicates the clogging status of filter elements with three different colours. Filter removal is simple, immediate and clean
